Ashigaru:
Ashigaru are warriors drawn, en masse, from the ranks of
Mishima commoners. Like Samurai they swear obedience to
their liegelord. Although poorly armed, trained, and equipped,
they are fanatically loyal to their master. They normally
have only the lightest body armor and are armed with an
assault rifle. Unless promoted to Samurai they will never
possess ceremonial blades.
